Strategy Days

Set yourself on a path to success in one focused day with writing coach Lynne Golodner

What do you really want for your writing?

And are you willing to do what it takes to make it happen?

Perhaps what you need most is the focused and caring attention of a writing coach who, in one day, will help you move from stuck, overwhelmed, and frustrated, to confident and in control of your writing and publishing.

That’s what happens in a Strategy Day with Lynne Golodner.

Whether you want to write a book, get it published, or learn how to market your writing, one focused day with Lynne will set you on a path to success.

For publishing authors, typical challenges include…

I need to build an email list but don’t know where to start.

I don’t understand how to use social media without feeling fake.

My book comes out soon, and I have no platform, strategy, or plan beyond launch.

My publisher expects me to do my own marketing, and I’m overwhelmed.

I’m writing books that are winning awards, but I’m still barely making any money in book sales.

I’m writing essays/poems/stories and can’t seem to find the right outlets to get them published.

How Lynne Can Help

Strategy Days Are For…

Authors with an Upcoming Publication

Who have a book deal or imminent publication who need a platform

Indie Authors

Who want help building readership, navigating publishing, or identifying a strategy for juggling it all

Serious Authors

Who are working on a book (or wanting to) and are ready to create a road map to get going on their dream project

Literary Agents and Editors

Who work with authors and need marketing guidance

How it Works

1. Before Our Meeting

You’ll fill out a short intake form, so we both arrive prepared and clear on your project, your audience, your goals, your platform, what’s not working.

2. During the Strategy Day

We talk, discuss, strategize, do the work together. The goal is to gain clarity and perspective, and emerge with a clear path forward. We’ll identify the two or three moves that will actually matter. Most authors are overwhelmed because they’re trying to do everything at once. Together, we’ll prioritize and chunk it out into manageable steps.

3. What You Leave With

A simple written plan — not a 40-page document, a clear one-pager or short document we’ll build together during the session. Concrete and actionable. Plus you’ll leave with the confidence to hit the ground running and really succeed at achieving your goals!
