Jewish Women
Writing Strong
An intimate community of Jewish
women writers from around the world
Write in Community
You’re a strong, proud Jewish woman and talented creative writer who often threads the two together. For the longest time, writing about Jewish topics, or your Jewish identity, was just something you did. And people rewarded you for it by reading and publishing your work.
But these days, it’s harder and harder—if not impossible—to be loud and proud in print about anything Jewish or Israel. You might find yourself hesitating to write with honesty. You can’t figure out which publications (if any) will even consider your work.
And maybe you’re even a little afraid to share it.
If any of this feels familiar,
Lynne Golodner’s Jewish Women Writing Strong program
may be the perfect fit for you.
In a time when so many Jewish voices are being silenced, Lynne’s choosing to stand strong in her Jewish identity, and you can, too. If you want to include strong Jewish identity on your pages, without apology, considering joining this immersive writing community that begins in January 2027.
In Jewish Women Writing Strong, you’ll share your fears and concerns while gaining support, encouragement, and practical next steps to get your Jewish-themed writing out into the world.
You’ll commiserate with other Jewish authors in a selective community of strong Jewish women who, together, will lift up Jewish voices in the literary world.

Jewish Women Writing Strong
Meet Lynne Golodner
The award-winning author of 13 books, a celebrated writing coach and retreat leader, and a former journalist with a global portfolio of published works, Lynne made the bold decision to keep threading Jewish identity, culture, and community into her writing to make sure strong Jewish representation continues to appear on the printed page.
What’s more, she founded a publishing house, Scotia Road Books, so she wouldn’t have to water down the Jewish in her writing to get published. And now, she’s publishing other authors with the same strong and powerful Jewish voices.
